What You'll Need

  • For the Beef::
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Double Dare Ya™ Sriracha Gotcha™ Seasoning Blend
  • ½ cup water
  • For the Nachos:
  • 1 bag (10-12 oz) tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)
  • ½ cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños
  • For Toppings:
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain if desired. Sprinkle in Double Dare Ya™ Sriracha Gotcha™ Seasoning Blend. Add ½ cup water, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish. Evenly distribute the cooked beef over the chips. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, followed by black beans and jalapeños.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
  4. Top with sour cream, green onions, and cilantro. Serve immediately and enjoy!
