What You'll Need

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp Double Dare Ya™ Sriracha Gotcha™ Seasoning Blend
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water. Drain but do not rinse.
  2. Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add butter and olive oil, then stir in the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, gochujang, and Double Dare Ya™ Sriracha Gotcha™ Seasoning Blend. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until the sauce is smooth and well combined. Add some of the reserved ramen water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  4. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the sauce and toss to coat. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and red chilis. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Enjoy!
