What You'll Need
- For the Beef::
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Double Dare Ya™ Sriracha Gotcha™ Seasoning Blend
- ½ cup water
- For the Nachos:
- 1 bag (10-12 oz) tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican blend)
- ½ cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeños
- For Toppings:
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain if desired. Sprinkle in Double Dare Ya™ Sriracha Gotcha™ Seasoning Blend. Add ½ cup water, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish. Evenly distribute the cooked beef over the chips. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, followed by black beans and jalapeños.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
- Top with sour cream, green onions, and cilantro. Serve immediately and enjoy!
